So sad...

On Saturday I went to the memorial service they had for Koda the K-9. He got shot by a gang member/thief/worthless piece of crap on January 1st. It is so sad to think that someone could harm animals. Especially a dog trained to protect the community. Koda was only 3 years old. The service was awesome. It kinda made me laugh that the whole time during the service you could hear all the other dogs barking from the vehicles outside. There are a lot of people saying negative things about having a service for "just a dog". Obviously they don't understand what these dogs do and have no understanding of truly what a hero he was. He saved his handlers life and who knows how many others from getting hurt or killed. It was neat to go and give some support to all the officers and their K-9 furry friends!
